How to massage your baby
Baby massage is taught in a variety of ways, in stages by a certified instructor in a warm and homely environment. Strokes are demonstrated on a doll initially, before the parent repeats the process on their child. Parents are guided and encouraged to gain confidence and experience in completing an effective and beneficial massage with their baby.

- One-on-one in the comfort of your own home
- Private organised group at the organiser's home (the organiser receives a special gift)
- Arranged at clinics or any other suitable childcare facility.
What's needed for the course:
- Towels
- Changing mat
- Spare nappy
- Drink for the baby
