Gwyneth Paltrow reckons her first Brazilian wax "changed her life".
I can't promise you that but can give you some idea of what the variations means.

EXPLANATION OF BIKINI WAXES:

What is a Hollywood? - All hair is removed, like the day you were born...only for the brave.

What is a Playbody? - strip left at the top - all off below except inner lips

What is a Brazilian? - excluding the lips, narrow strip left all the way down (Landing strip).

What is Thongs and top? - Hair is removed from the sides of the knicker line and some of the top of the pubic area.

What is Bikini? - Hair is removed from the sides of the knicker line.

Waxing dos and don'ts:
Do trim long hair to about 2cm, it is the ideal length, too short and the wax won't stick

Taking a paracetamol 15 minutes before waxing - can help with the pain

Exfoliate the area as it stops in growing hairs - ask about Ingrow Go lotion

Don't have a wax mid-cycle it will be more painful

Don't tense up when being waxed - take long deep breaths, relaxing will make it easier

Don't suffer in silence - if it is too painful please say
